Step 1: During your obligation-free discovery call, we’ll quickly cover what areas you need help in and I can answer any burning questions you have.
Step 2: I come back to you with a Proposal, your Contract and initial Invoice. Sign and pay these to get the ball rolling.
Step 3: I’ll send you a chunky questionnaire so I can get to the heart of your brand, mission, story, your ideal client and your individuality, before crafting your brand and/or copy.
Things like website hosting, domains, font licences or email marketing subscriptions are not included in my pricing as they are subject to change and at times are not needed.
I’m also unable to offer Social Media Management - thank you for your understanding.

I recommend allowing yourself a week to complete your questionnaire. Most of what I need from you is gathered in the earliest stage, with only minimal input and feedback required along the way.
Of course, I want your Brand Identity and/or Copy to look and sound just right for you! If additional revisions are required, it will be invoiced at my current hourly rate.
